We are temptation.
We represent a force in the outside world which wants religious people to give up their religion. Therefore we are the devil (or equivalent) in disguise.
We are also a nightmare come true: we are people not bound by religious rules for living. Therefore we are wicked.
It's really that simple to those who see us as evil, I think. The fact that we appear to be good people regardless seems to be taken as a smokescreen. Since we threaten religions by our very presence (they do notice that we haven't been struck down from above yet) religions turn people against us.

are the ones in control...they can label people evil if they are not like them....xenophobic would be the term i think

I'm only a kid,and I'm an atheist. I particularly disbelieve the Christians. I have only been going to church for the past 3 years, and it's SO boring.
This website is especially cool because it has video answers to real questions. I especially like the one about the "slave mentality" thing. Theists don't take a minute to stop and think, "Well wait a minute. Chemical change is the cause of the world, isn't it?" Yes, it is.Chemical change, fission(atoms splitting) and fusion(atoms combiming).
Thank you for taking the time to read something from a kid.
P.S.- My brother is an atheist too, but the rest of my family is Christians. My mom would have my head if she caught me sending this!
